Connect Orinda proposes to better unify the two halves of Orinda’s downtown — the Village and Theatre Districts — by making pedestrian and bicycle access safer and more appealing, restoring and activating San Pablo Creek as a natural and civic amenity, preserving the town’s historic “village‐scale” character, and generating beautification and grant‑eligible infrastructure projects through extensive community outreach.
